Ladder game completion not registering

In the 1-day Timeout ladder (I'm in position 97) my game 6911359 finished two days ago, on December 1. But on the ladder, it still shows with me "challenging" and the other guy as "defending," so I can't proceed to another game. Why? I reported it as a bug yesterday, but nothing's happened.

Update: I've heard from CS, they say they're working on it.
