1 Day Timeout Ladder promotion delays

The 1 day ladder has encountered a problem which is preventing promotions taking place, and as a result, anyone who has finished their game cannot create a new challenge in his ladder.

This is being investigated, and will be fixed < 24 hours.

Same problem with the 3 Day Timeout ladder??

All ladders are operating as normal now.
