is there any way to tell the last time your opponent moved if you can't remember?

Look in their profile where it says Last Moved for the overall last move. Or look on the My Games page for the last move in your game(s). But if you mean to know the last move by your opponent in your game(s) after you have moved, that is impossible, I believe.

You can get your games emailed to you, with the move times included. Look for "Email Games" on upper right of my games page.
