One player, multiple accounts

One reason to be banned from further playing is (quote) The Red Hot Pawn administration team have identified a single person using multiple accounts. (unquote) And I find that's fair. Severel players have been banned for this.

My question: How does RHP staff discover that this is the case? Beyond the obvious cases, of course...
