Rating limits

I didn't find how to set upper/lower limits of my opponent's rating when creating New Game. I am a provisional player (below 20 games) yet. Could this be a reason?

Hit those three games hard that are in progress and start three more right away, you'll be to 20 games in no time and you won't have to worry about it (as you will not be provisionally rated after 20 games).
Your P rating is not going to matter in the long run at any rate, believe it....
