Software Bug or obscure rules?

Can anyone explain to me if the last move in this game is a bug in the program or an obscure rule I don't know about?

Game 1568929

The last move by a pawn was diagnal to an empty square and it took the pawn that was next to it in doing so. ???
(look back at the very last move)
