If you really cannot solve this problem by yourself, we are not allowed to help while the game is in progress. Two suggestions: (1) discuss the situation with your opponent by private message, or (2) resign the game and then repeat your question to the forum. Either way you will get an explanation without any contribution from third parties while the game is in progress.

Once the game is finished you are then entitled to ask and you will be given explanation. Sorry - that's the RHP rules so that's the way it is.
