tis a draw!!!

Playing a game with Kshey, 12366379, offered the draw twice, I have a King, he has a Bishop and a King but will not accept the draw or engage in conversation. This is a draw, impossible to checkmate with a bishop and a king. No idea how to resolve this. Any site admin on here? Can anybody help me?

At your turn, is there a button 'claim draw'? Try that as you submit your move.
