From looking at your profile page, your tournament entry rating is 1166. That's the reason.

your highest rating in the last 365 days is 1224.

Your TER (Tournament Entry rating) is 1224-1108= 116 116/2=58 1224-58=1166.

This is to hinder people to go into tournaments created for weaker players. Your TER can't sink more than 100 points belwo your highest rating in the last year. So my TER is much higher than my current rating.

Since you did rate beyong 1300 earlier I would assume that you will win most games in the band you are qualified for if you play in earnest 😉
