I’m having to continue to play on the old iP as the new insists that there are no games waiting “in this folder”! whilst I have around 30 games waiting for me to move as I’m playing in 3 tournaments. The new iP knows about these games as it messages me to tell about opponents moves on my old - what’s going on? HELP!

You have probably created a new account accidentally. ("Logging in" with a social network will create a new account, if not connected to your old account.)
The account you are posting with has been created relatively recently, and has no activity.
Do you recall your regular account name?
