Underpromotion bug

Is this a known issue?

I've not needed to underpromote recently (it rarely comes up) but was just wondering as I had two recent games where I promoted to Queen automatically,

Queen is the default choice, but there's a dropdown box that you can alter, it appears just above the Submit button as I recall.
