Try Open Invites. Give your game a name if you want and set a player rating maximum. Like say 1100 or so.

I'm a fair match. :-) Don't pay attention to the ratings, you can play unrated if you're not sure, then you won't lose any points! Within 100 points of your own rating is a fun game either way.
