From Dearing, "Play the Sicilian Dragon", p.124, "17...Qb6+ 18.Nb3 does not leave White in any obvious danger. Note that 18...Nxe4 19. Qxg7+ Kxg7 20. Bxb6 Nc3+ 21. Ka1 is just clearly better for White. Perhaps Black could play something slower, such as 18...Qa6 followed by 19...Rc8 and 20...Be6, rounding up the fragile c4-pawn. However, after 19. Bd4 I still much prefer White."
Before Stocek's discovery of 17...Qc7, 17...Qb6+ was the best that Dearing could come up with.

Still, I hope we get an attack. how would we get our attack after 18 Ka1.
You don't have to attack right now but to equalize by means of changing the equilibrium, for the seemingly ideal position of the White has a drawback -it cannot be improved; thus s simple expand in the kingside and some activity in the centre will be enough for the Black
