Scheduled site maintenance Nov 4th 2020

A large update* is scheduled for release 4th Nov (tomorrow!) AM GMT. As a result, AUS/NZ users may experience a brief outage. (<5 mins)

Timeouts will be suspended for at least 6 hours, but this may be extended for up to 24 hours after an assessment of the success of the work.

*This is a maintenance release, only some very minor feature updates.

Email is currently stalled. All delayed email should be delivered within the hour.

If you currently use Social Media (Facebook, Google) to connect to RHP, please do not log out or you will be unable to continue your games until a remaining issue is resolved.

Logging in failures with Facebook and Google on both Web and Apps is still being investigated.

Game timeouts are currently suspended.

Unless necessary, please do not logout if already logged in using a social media account.

Google login is now available again on Web and Apps.

The timeout suspension will continue beyond this initially estimated period due to a reported issue with iPads preventing moves from being submitted.

Due to a subtle API change, the iPad/iPhone app was crashing when viewing a board with a chat log open.

This has now been fixed.

Timeout suspension will be lifted early tomorrow AM GMT/UTC.

Does this also affect conditional moves? I just get a blank board when I try to use this function.
