In the year 2003, 35,000 people died because of a heat wave that hit Europe.
The main sufferer in this was France, where 14,802 people died

Unfortunately because of Global Warming this trend is not only set to continue, but it will get worse. Especially worse for those living in France and the Mediterranean.

Yep, and that's far from the only effects of global warming, too.

"Affect" is the verb and "effect" is the noun.

They figured that out, but also how the various regions are likely be affected and how this will vary between them, no doubt this will be very good when concerning populations of people; who will be affected, possibly how resources should be concentrated, etc.

With this information they could then limited new growth in those areas and also begin a removal of all people in those towns/cities. Like a hurricane evacuation. It would be disturbing if governments allowed this to happen now that the information has been made public.

Yes it would be disturbing, because what you are suggesting is unreasonable, well, the removal of people anyway...

Why would you not want to remove people from a dangerous area?

How many North Koreans and Chinese won't freeze to death thanks to global climate change warming?

It wouldn't be dangerous for everyone, just mainly for the old and young.

Would you care more if a 1000 people were killed in your country, or those in another?

Only the young and old? They seem important. What are some of the plans to cool all of them without further increase to the global warming problem.

Americans die from exposure to both extremes all the time. What does that have to do with it?
