Yes - I solved it after 10 minutes of analasis. Qb7!! if either rook takes it then the corresponding file will be freed for a white rook to mate. If any knight moves then Qxf3#

I really prefer problems with x to move and win...(instead of mating in x moves problems) and I think they are more usefull for your chess tactics training

Qd6 is impossible, as well as Qb8. And if you meant Qe3, it's wrong anyway. Check the post, below yours, there's the solution.
