    of course there is no way on earth that black can stand a chance holding on to both pawns in this line...
    it's just impossible...
    The above is the Danish Gambit. Reuben Fine in "Chess the Easy Way" says Black is better after 5...d5! 6 Bd5 Nf6 7 Bf7 Kf7 8 Qd8 Bb4 9 Qd2 Bd2 10 Nd2 c5.

    1. d4 d5 2. e4 dxe4 is the Blackmar-Diemer Gambit. Modern Chess Openings says it's unsound, but useful for blitz play. I have played it a couple times and it is very fun, and you get active play, but either side can get into trouble quick.
