Go to downloads and it's there.
You need a .pgn viewer though. There are free ones available if you don't have the usual chessbase or chessmaster stuff.
Don't post your e-mail here otherwise chesschitchat spammers well.... ya.
I would change your e-mail and not be so free with it in future.

then Open up chessmaster and start a game on there and see if edit paste works.
If not then save the game as text(notepad) and name it ___.pgn and then open it like you did with the database games.
