I'm assuming you are referring to america where the win is everything.
I'm going to have guess very low to NONE; as you are not an American. In which case, your comment is mis-informed, less than intelligent and just plain insulting.
I've been a part of lots of different sports teams; and would have to say from my experience that you are WRONG.

I play on 3 different sites and find rhp to easily match the others. However to avoid these situations they allocate about 30 - 35 holiday days where claim a win is disabled. You can book these days over the year and split them as you want. I know you agree to make a certain amount of moves in a set time but sometimes games last for much longer than you may think they will. This also helps for other situations, e.g. moving house and even family bereavement which I once came across! I know it would cost to implement this but maybe it could help to solve the sportsmanship issue.

This may not be very helpful, but I need to do something with my frustration.
A couple of weeks ago I started a game with a user named "lastcastle" (Game 1358950). After some 10 days of playing 38 moves the game was practically resolved. We both had 4 pawns and a knight, but I (black) also had a rook and one of my pawns was on the 7th rank with nothi ...[text shortened]... timeout with no timebank) on a game that he had clearly lost.
What would you say about that?!
