I feel that I made a few mistakes here and only won becasue of white's blunder(s).
Would someone be so kind as to provide a little feedback.

After a brief look,
My first impression was White played badly, too aggressively with both rook pawns, while underdeveloped. However, he could have resisted (perhaps strongly) after black's 18...Nb4? with 19. Rb1 Nc6, 20.Nd5 Qd8 21.Nge2 and 22.Nc3.
Instead, 18..Nc5 may be better targetting e4 before 19. Nd5 Qd8.
10..a5 might have been considered to retard white's queenside.
