Yes, but it doesn't happen automatically. You need to claim draw.
The actual law is No. 5.2 e. which says : -
" The game may be drawn if each player has made at least the last 50 consecutive moves without the movement of any pawn and without any capture."; and it can only be claimed by the side having the move.
However, some draws are automatic immediately the position occurs, any case where neither side has enough material to force checkmate, K+B v K is an example. (Law 5.2 b.)
