Here on RHP, what have you found to be the best board settings on which to view your games? What color dark sqares/style pieces/size board do you use?

I like Newspaper, and Standard board size.

But that's me.

Newspaper is easy on the eyes to me. X.x

I use the peach color for black squares...it gives a good, evident contrast. Anyone else change the colors?

I dont know what the default was... but I use Book pieces, olive grove colors and a standard size board... not sure why.

I'm curious why nobody has claimed to use the large board...wouldn't blunders be easier to notice, or is it just me?

It's only when you change to a different board (size) would perhaps blunder rates go up. You get used to whatever you use.

True, but I switched to the large size not long ago and it seems like it's helping...but we'll see.

Everybody seems to be going for the book pieces
I like the Alpha set much more.
Much prettier but still very clear as to which piece has what function.

I use large board too, by the way.
And I use the wood tile board, but I'm thinking of changing it.

I tried the larger size and the bottom of the board kept dropping out of view!
