If that's the purpose, why not post a game you lost?

Suggestions in a few minutes after I look at the games...
Edit:
First off, you both played some unusual moves, but the first one that stands out is 6... Ne5 It gains a tempo off the bishop, so it's not terrible, but it doesn't really accomplish anything as due to whites unusual setup, it's easy to play 0-0 then f4 booting the knight with tempo. I much prefer the straightforward Bg7 to prepare castling.
7.. Bg4 is also unusual as you are forcing him to strengthen his pawn structure. If the game was more open and you could take advantage of the weak dark squares around his king, this might be worthwhile. Note that his knight on g3 totally prevents this.
9 ... Nc6? Why it is better placed on e5 and you still are not preventing d4. Bg7 prepares castling and puts potential pressure on d4. In 9 moves you have moved that knight 3 times but have not captured or even threatened anything with it. The only move it made possible was Bg5 which was tedious to rebuff.
12... Qc8 This may turn out to be a good move, but I prefer Qc7. First off Qc8 reinforces the c8-h3 diagonal which you already control, but does not offer you a target. Qc7 on the other hand Reinforces your dark squares, in particular e5. Both moves prepare for the Qb3 double attack (good job seeing that).
13. c4??? Whites worst move yet. It makes both light squared bishops bad, but I think blacks has a shorter distance to travel to return to usefulness (a break on the kingside or Bd7)
15... Bd7 excellent, your light squared bishop is now better than the white counterpart.
16... Nxd5 I don't like this move because white should have played exd5 with easy pressure down the half-open e-file. He can also work on exchaging off your excellent minor pieces on d5 without too much trouble.
18.... b5 black is simply better.
19... Qc7 you wasted a move. Directly to Qb6 or even Qa5 is better.
21. Ne2 and now black will lose the pieces that can occupy the d4 outpost.
23... Rac8 I prefer Rfc8, but judging which rook needs to move is one of the hardest aspects of the game (I'm usually wrong).
27... a4 this freezes the pawn structure... 🙁 You had to beat white to the punch (he probably could have played 26. b4 to obtain at least the initiative if not the better game). You should have beaten him to the punch with b4! (the threat of b3 forking rook and bishop makes this lethal.
28... Kg8? why?
32. e5 and white has the initiative. I think blacks pawn structure gives him drawing chances but it is very hard to hold a position like this (experience).
I'm sure you've seen the revealed attack which ended the game. Note that he had to bring his most worthless piece (light square bishop) back to a useful diagonal to make this happen.
Note: This is all off the top of my head, no computers and minimal calculation so take this with a grain of salt....
Originally posted by zebanoIn interesting move that, but it is worth pointing out that it would seem that White was concentrating so much on the belief that Black would take the sacrificial Rook on move 38 that he overlooked that fact that 38. ... f5! would instantly end his mate threat on the b2-h7 diagonal, and threatening the queen at the same time.

White will now lose a piece, and Black gains a big advantage.
