Can u explain this resignation

i suppose id like the same honesty if the roles were reversed....

back to the game for a second i think the issue is that black was just smart enough to see the problem but not the solution.
after Bxg7 Bf6 Bxh8 Bxh8 Rg1 b5 black isn't s bad. I think he just missed Bf6 and so resigned thinking he was down a whole rook.
