Almost every move white can make leads to mate, so I guess I was a bit harsh. Counting them all is tedious, though.

C4 rooks can move anywhere and it leads to mate....

.....14 moves

e5 bishop

.....13 Moves

d3 Knight

.....7 moves

e8 Knight

....2moves

Qe4, E6, f3, f7

Then onto the pawns....

38 moves:

7 = pawns: a8=Q; a8=B; hxg8=Q; hxg8=B; d8=Q; d8=R; e4

8 = knight moves: Nf6; Nc7 and Nb4; Nb2; Nc1; Ne1; Nf2; Nf4
(not Nc5 because it allows Kc6)

6= rook moves: all 6 squares on c-file other than Rc6 because that allows Kxc6; none for the other rook

13 = bishop moves: none for the white squared; all 13 squares for the other

4 = queen moves: Qf7; Qe6; Qf3; Qe4

0= king moves
