I am unable to castle would anybody be able to tell me why? Game No 4259981.

The queen is attacking the space where your rook would go

Thanks very much guys. So you cant cross the path of a piece that would have you in check, so its sought of like you were moving square by square even though you dont . If thats the case would it apply to the other pieces such as the rook as well?
