What is considered to be cheating on this chess site?
RHP considers using a chess engine or any advice from someone else to help you cheating.
Making more than one name and playing them for points is cheating.
Asking most anything (outside a suspected RHP bug in Help Forum) about your in progress games is also frowned on, even if you're not looking for the next good move. Don't talk about your games in the forums, the problem is someone coming in and giving you advice you didn't ask for. This isn't really cheating, but don't do it.
Also, naming users in the forums as cheaters is not allowed. There is a fair play ticket to send or use feedback if you have a problem.

Any time an engine let's a human make a move it's considered cheating.
