White to play and draw.
I solved it there, where they have a nifty replayable board.
Edit: correction. It was posted by another member, Philip, not the webmaster. I believe he is a site administrator.

I registered at Chessworld earlier in the year, but stopped using it a couple of months ago. I didn't like it.

Perhaps he gleaned it from the same book you use. There was a key difference in that he gave the composer's name in the subject line: F. Simkovich.

You could always ask him.

If you look more closely, you'll see I also gave the name...
Originally posted by BowmannThank you Bowmann, for highlighting this great composer 🙂 My hands are up! I saw the composition here, and was intrigued by it. I asked Philip about it, who has been posting compositions for quite some months. He found the name of the composer, and that is when I became interested in this and other compositions by him.

He was a composer of chess problems and endgame studies in the Soviet Union from 1913 to 1941. He is particularly well known for the theme of the positional draw. Here is another example of one of his compositions
Composer: Simkhovich
Year: 1922
Stipulation: White to play and draw
