What about KIA as white vs the scillian?
The above formation (The King's Indian Attack) can be played against almost any defense employed by Black after 1 e4. It was a big favorite of Bobby Fischer's early in his career. GM Larry Evans also played it frequently, and recommended it in his excellent repertoire book written in the 1970's, The Chess Opening for You. (In his Winning Chess Openings, GM Yasser Seirawan also recommends this formation for White, although he suggests opening with 1 Nf3.)
While "objectively" White's opening advantage is somewhere between microscopic and non-existent, in practice a player familiar with and comfortable with White's formation can score quite well with it. It's almost impossible for White to fall for an opening trap, and Black will often find himself with "an embarrasment of riches" (as Mr. Evans put it in his book) and will sometimes over-reach him or herself.
It's an excellent system for players who want to postpone their heavy thinking until the early middlegame.
I recommend it.
