I'll go for Anand. I also think Topalov will crack sometime during the match.

At the weigh-in, Carlson will appear uninvited and taunt the two, shouting "You're ducking me! I could beat the both of you blindfolded."

interesting, I was thinking Kasparov gets his revenge on Topalov with a chair shot from behind in the final seconds 😉

seriously though, at such a high level where both are so evenly matched the openings become a huge factor. we saw last championship Anands awesome Slav novelty killed Kramnik

sorry but it just bugs me to death, so I need to do this. It's Carlsen, not Carlson.

I can't decide if Topalov will dare to go all Elista again or just not risk further damage to his personal reputation, but you never know. If everything goes smoothly, I think Anand has the better chances, he was just amazing against Kramnik, and Topalov wasn't that impressive against Kamsky.

I wonder why Anand agreed to have the match in Sophia, instead of a neutral playing ground

Honestly, I think this is Anand's championship to lose. Odds rougly 1.6:1 in Anands favor.

if topalov can keep his head together, he'll win. if.

luckily for him anand isn't the type to deliberately push his opponents buttons with a toilet show.
