Also as I'm currently involved in 3 other games at this moment with him and I have to wait until the skull appears to claim the wins (which I rather not claim) is totally unjust as w ...[text shortened]... rk for RHP but surely all his games and affected ratings should be expunged from the site.😠
My stats against clive are: 0 wins 0 draws 8 losses. His engine accounts for 7.8% of my losses.Average length of game 18 moves.

But people did care, just read the thoughts vented there.

ouch!

but that's pretty much exactly what happens when I play against fritz as well. I'm lucky if I get through the opening without losing material, and I usually don't...

OK - I'll put together something and post it on the Site Ideas Forum.

(Or is there another way to get my point across).

I fear all that will happen will be another long thread of players
arguing with each other.

But we will see.

Leaving work soon - will post about 9pm (GMT) tonight.

Yes, would you be happy if you were to lose points?

Yes, rating points are used as an indication of your ability, if you miss a few here and there i don't see where the problem is.What is the point in getting a flurry of rating points that indicate a higher level to what you really are.
If you truely are good enough to be at a specific rating, then over time you will naturally progress to that rating.
A handful of missed points should not affect your rating in the long term, short term rating jumps mean nothing unless your playing for ego.

Well, you're never have this problem at GK; cheaters don't get banned there.

I find it hard to believe that someone who has defeated players with higher than a 2300 FIDE rating in non-CC games is really that worried about a few points on an Internet chess site.

And your rating being 11 points lower on a chess site which you have such little time for is important because ?

I assume you are referring to this game: http://www.timeforchess.com/gameanalysis/pgncutandpaste.php?gameid=4821844

Black has a superior position, controlling most of the board. If most of the pieces go, his pawn structure and King position are very favorable; if they don't, his pieces have more scope. Maybe you'd be able to get to a draw, but I doubt it esp. as Stephane's moves in this game seem like pretty high matches to Fritz from the quick run through I did.
