12. Qf7+ is interesting, as the king must move to c6 to avoid material loss.
14. Nd5+? is inferior to Ng8+! which is a winner because no matter what black does white wins with 15. Qf7#
15. Nxc7?! is kinda weird but w/e
To answer your question: you should not have offered the draw, and instead played 17. BxR for a clear advantage
