ok how could I have played this differently to overcome the two pawn defficit in my end game to win rather than drawing. I offered a draw move 31 I thought a couple of times I was going to force the draw with the repition rule but that didnt work finally move 46 I sent over another draw request and he accepted if he didnt i would have eventually forced him into a draw again with the repition rule...but starting from my first draw offer at move 31 ignoring my terrible play earlier in the game how do I play differently to win instead of draw.

Good job getting the draw. You could have always not given check for one move but instead spread your rook away from his king threatening a backrank mate (i.e. 43... Ra2 instead of Re2+) however this would give him time to start checking your king giving him at worst perpetual check. A draw is the proper result with your rooks in that position.
