    If it is in a group and a tactical move to ensure both players progress, to the detriment of a third party, then I think it is morally wrong. I don't think there is anything in the TOS to stop this kind of collusion, but it is still wrong in my mind.

    edit: User 487975's profile states he/she is looking for even material draw offers to cut down on game load. Unusual -- but I guess it's worth a try if you're overwhelmed with your game load.

    yes thats the one ,and it means technically they have a bye in the first round .
    now if we all did that the second round would become the first, if you are not going to play fairly in a torny why bother at all???

    as for trying to find a way not to lose chess is about winning not drawing , a drawn position is a last resort not a first...
