My opponent asked if I wanted a draw and I agreed that I could not see a win but thought that my opponent probably had good chances with his pawn near the end. I offered the draw and said that it was up to him if he wanted to accept it or not (which he did).
So, is this a draw?

I must be blind. How did I manage to miss that? 😲

I should stick a note above my screen: "Do not enter more tournaments for a while!".
EDIT: At the time I probably had the plan for Rb1 but forgotten about it when returning to the game later on.
