Rh2, after the king moves just use the rook to check the king along the H file. If the king captures the rook then its stalemate, if it doesnt the rook can keep checking.
What about Qh3. That flushes the king out because if whit blocks with the rook then Qf1 is checkmate.

I'm not looking for help on a particular game :-)
Queen vs bishop is a relatively easy win
Queen vs Knight is a win but more tricky due to risk of forks

In both cases against a good player (>1800) they are resignable positions

To try and drag it out don't head to the corners this will just restrict your movement and make mate more likely

Queen vs rook is also a win but difficult. Against a weak or average player you might be able to hold out for the 50 move rule and claim a draw

I'm not convinced the h-file works.

1. Rh2+ Kg7 2. Rh7+ Kf6 3. Rh6+ Ke5 4. Rh5+ Kd6! (4... Kf4 is not the best move here) 5. Rh6+ Kc5 6.Rh5+ Kb4 7. Rh4+ Ka3 -+
