I loved Game 2891300 because I hung in there and squeaked out a draw.

    That is pretty cool. O.o

An otb game I had today, I had 4 Pawns 1 Bishop 1 Rook and my friend has 1 Queen 1 Bishop 1 Rook 1 Knight 4 pawns.

I somehow came up with a way to checkmate him. 😲

    His response:

    "WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?"

I also liked Game 2825298 ... seemed like a cool win that you don't see every day.

The first game is an example of tactical brilliance gone wrong (particularily Be2). She defended every single one of my tactics. It was amazing.

The second game is tactics gone right. A rook sac for tempo. It's the best game I've ever played.

I love checkmates that use the knight and one other piece.

it's definitely not my best played game, but it certainly was a lot of fun

    Game 2699010

I played better in this second one (I think) and had a very interesting ending

I think she is a really good player. Don't you guys get the wrong impression by her rating because that's just a reflex of the ratings of people she beat.

I've never been hammered like that... I had so many opportunities.. I was seeing the board beautifully and she was seeing it better. Just incredible.

If you go through her games she has one game that she must have played asleep or something but in all the others you can see that she's good. Not that they are sparks flying but she can throw her own reall good. And i think that in that game with you she showed that.

Wow. 12. Nxd5. I think white had a big advantage before that, but that was a back breaker. I don't think I would have seen the danger of recapturing.

I have a whole folder of my top 25 games on RHP.

This is actually a shuffle chess game (set piece) from the tournament Xanthos has organized.

    Game 3029087

Edit: Here's a more conventional game where my active rooks and space made up for my material deficit before I came close to blowing a drawn endgame.
    Game 2672075

One more that I really enjoyed. I found the ending tactic in mere seconds, but the e6 pawn push to break up the enemy pawn structure/king cover is a theme I am rather fond of.
