I've been corrected by a kindle owing accountant of all people. 🙁

I like this bit:

In my defence and Swiss Gambit may back me up in this.
The Blog interface is not the friendliest to use. It has all the old bugs
posting in this forum use to have (hence the 8 edits in the last one).

Before I press 'submit' on the blog it tells you the page is full of PGN errors
so you have to do a bit of tweaking here and there chopping and changing notes
and sentences to make the pictures fit etc.
I cannot see inside any of the PGN's that start from a set position till I post it.....
It takes some getting use to but it's all good fun.

*GULP* It's been ages since I wrote a blog, but I do remember having to use the 'preview' checkbox and go through several edits to get things just right.

Thanks for all your postings this year, which are so entertaining and instructive (despite the unforgivable annotation errors, of course 😉). I haven't played much recently but these really help to keep my interest bubbling away until I have more time.
