Perhaps this topic has already been addressed. My opponent and I are moving the same pieces pack and forth, waiting for the chess software to stop the game and call an automatic draw, after 3 forced repetitions............but it never seems to call a draw??? Is the RHP software not picking this up, stopping the game as a draw after 3 repetitions of the same move?

I seem to recall reading that there's either a button or a menu item for "claim draw."

That is correct.

The system will not stop the game, one of the players has to claim a draw
using the 'claim a draw' button.

Edit:
I've just looked at the game, it was one of the chess 960 or Fischer games.
(the pieces are scrambled at the start of the game.)
Maybe there is a wee bug that has yet to be discovered in that type of game
on here where the 'Claim a Draw' button does not work.
