Is there any grading system which acknowledges White's advantage??

Advantage of the first move? Something like: Win with White = 10 points in rating, but win with Black = 15 points? Interesting idea, but no system I know of uses anything like that and certainly not RHP.

You mean my +18 =0 -2?

How come you favour black? Do you study Black more than White or defending suits you?

Ah yes,I only noticed myself last week I had so much more games playing black than white.

I don't have a preference,it's all chess.And,at least at my level,it doesn't matter much anyway.
I don't study openings,too boring.I do dabble a bit with gambits and unorthodox openings but no serious study.
as all players I prefer to attack but when things go wrong I'll calmly defend best I can.I don't think I'm very good at it but I manage to remain calm and avoid panick which already helps a lot.

I think the black/white discrepancy is because most open invites on offer have them playing white.
