What an idiot I am. I just submitted move with message to opponent. In message was written everything about my plan in position, I wrote to it as notebook but on wrong place. Is possible to repair that?

No it isn't of course. I did that once or twice myself 🙄

Here's what you do: Change plan

Just keep posting incorrect plans and analysis every move as if nothing has happened.
