How Do You Start a USCF Chess Club ???

Need help mostly in administrative matters and software to run the tournaments. This will be a non-profit club that will seek to eventually run tournament chess. Need info on keeping the books, administrative issues, and how to run a rated club tournament. Do I need to register the club with a government office (secretary of states office perhaps) ? This is a USA club. Thank You

The USCF has a website (google for it). I'm sure you should be able to find everything you need there. Good luck with it.
