I wish to post this to inform all of my opponents to claim the timeout wins when they can, I no longer have any internet connection and have managed to grab a few minutes at a friends house to post this.

In my profile everyone can read "I always click the skull". Here I wouldn't, this would be an exeption.
I didn't click the skull, although I do frequently, depending on the situation. In this case, if I had clicked, I would have won a tournament. I was clearly losing the game and had no hope and didn't really feel the need to gain a victory over someone else's misfortune. He sent me a pm acknowledging all of this and then resigned the game giving me the tournament win.
Hopefully he will be able to get things sorted out in the future and we can play another pair of games to completion.
