Their will also be some links to a few local tournaments

Just random suggestions (from what I've seen on other good sites):

Once it is online I will update weekly (with a few exceptions a year)
I like your idea of adding openings and/or endgames. I will use this as update material.

Im not sure if I can update annotated GM games.
If you could annotate Game 3967407, for instance, I think you'd be on your way to a good site... 🙂
