The Polish is a beautiful opening for those who know how to play it. Demonstrated in this game is the fact that although black is not developing his pieces past the sixth rank, all of white´s devoloped peices have no use, that is to say, blacks row of pawns make sure non of whites pieces go past the fourth rank.
That at least is the observation of a lowly rated player who probably doesn´t know what he´s talking about.😛

The Polish is fun to play when you're bored, it might even work if you know what you're doing and your opponent isn't too strong. Demonstrated in this game is why openings at 1300 level don't matter.
