Didn't get much of an answer in the other thread, so I'll try again here: Why have all the banned players (and there are hundreds of them) been removed for violating sections 3a, b, and c? Why hasn't anyone been removed for violating other sections, such as 6, 7, or 10? Thanks.

I'm not looking for help to get someone banned under those sections. I'm just curious why only section 3 is used when there are "ban-able" offenses possible based on other sections that are not covered in section 3. Even though the folks who post here don't do the banning, surely they have a lot of community knowledge about how things work on this site. From the threads it seems that the posters are very knowledgeable about this topic. Just wondering.

the volunteered game mods moderate the games, the forum mods moderate the forums, and site owners have better things to use their time on. if stuff doesn't get alerted, it's likely to be ignored.

and nobody is interested in the legal disclaimer part of the tos, its purpose is simply to cover the site owners' asses legally, in case something strange happens.

TOS "Section 6. MEMBER CONDUCT

.... You agree to not use the Service to: .....

Harm minors in any way;.... "

Kicking the arse of anyone under 16 in a humiliating way and taking the mikey when they fall for yet another Scholars Mate is psychologically harmfall and could damage a child for life.

From now on anyone resorting to this practice will be reported by me to the mods and an immediate ban will be imminent.

is grobbing a minor a section 6 offense?

Stalking, harassing, and doing impersonations are also Section 6 offenses. There's lots of good stuff in Section 6 if you want to go out on a high note.

Can we harm adults?
