I love it, and it's free. You can have your favorite chess engine analyze your game from a PGN and it will colorize the moves for both players on a spectrum from blue (good) to red (bad).
Then the current version will pop up a window with a graph showing exactly where on the timeline you went wrong, and you can also play through move-by-move, with arrows showing where you did move and where you optimally (per whatever engine) should have moved.
I know Lucas Chess has other features I have not begun to explore, but this is my favorite of the non-prosy commentators.
