Yeah there was a picture of it posted some time ago, google might help. Polite descriptions of it are "he had only 3 fingers on his right hand" but in reality it was a lobster claw looking thing, a real horrorshow.

It's a birth defect called ectrodactyly, here's some sample pictures.

If you watch the video, in the end he uses that hand to shake all his opponents' hands, so I was wondering, could not really see it. He still seemed to have quite a strong handshake.

Edit: yes, at 6 minutes 45 seconds it is quite clear.
