Minor Pawn Promotion

If it's your opponent's pawn then I can think of a few names to give it, none of them suitable for polite company.

I recently finished a game vs safa rahimi where I under-promoted to a Bishop. So a pawn on the 7th isn't always going to be a Queen.

Incorrect. There is White's seventh rank and there is Black's seventh rank, both of which is one square from being promoted.

Algebraic notation is just a notation. It's stupid to call Black's seventh rank the second rank.
