Nobody? What about the Kings Indian then? Its almost the same opening but with c4. I usally play the Kings Indian if white sets up with e4 d4 and c4.😏

To me , this weird opening , souns like the Modern Benoni , smells like the Gruenfeld , tastes like the Italian and looks like the King's Indian / Pirc / Robastch .
I have never heard of Morden and neither have I ever heard the Lazy variation (unless you'd enjoy sleeping during the game) but I quite assume you mean the Modern Defence .

Yes I mean the Modern Dafence and yes its a quite weird opening!
Tis not like anny other its a hybrid of them all maybe... But its very different chess in it!😵

So.. do any one play the Modern or wants tp play it?
Or wants a Wepon against it?

I think the Modern is a great opening and i have played it almost thruth my whole chess cerrer!

My favorite thing about this forum is that when someone posts something genuinely interesting, it may be off the front page in a week, with no responses. But something like this gets posted, and all of us can't resist but to turn it into a non chess post anymore. Kinda sad really.
